Services Description

RAOGY provides professional web development services, including but not limited to:

• Custom website development

• UI/UX design
• Website optimization and maintenance
• Consulting and technical support

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on RAOGY's website for personal, non-commercial viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license, you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for commercial purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

Project Terms

For contracted web development projects:

• Project scope, timeline, and deliverables will be defined in a separate agreement
• Payment terms will be specified in the project contract
• Client must provide necessary materials and feedback in a timely manner
• Changes to project scope may affect timeline and cost
• Final files and source code are delivered upon full payment

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. However, RAOGY retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Any pre-existing code, frameworks, or libraries used remain under their respective licenses.

Disclaimer

The materials on RAOGY's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. RAOGY makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

Limitations

In no event shall RAOGY or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on RAOGY's website.
